So this week has been really tough. Sister Rhiner was really sick, so we spent most of the time inside. I was bored out of my mind. It is times like this I wish I had my phone so I could read. So I am glad I didn't have it. Plus all of our appointments cancelled on us, which made it hard on us. Okay I just have to ask, is everything I say funny? I just don't understand why it would be. I'm not a funny person, yet all of my companions think I'm Hilarious. I guess that is my confession 101 for this week. Jk. Okay that was really funny.
Okay so a little info on our investigators:
Natasha Barnes - she is one of our progressing investigators. We are trying to commit her to a date. It is time for her to get baptized. She's been an investigator for 16 years, but she won't commit to a date. And every time we bring it up, she says she is praying about it and just hasn't gotten an answer.
Jose' - he has a baptismal date, yet the only thing that is hard with him is that we can't catch him home and he won't come to church. He has to come to church at least twice before he can get baptized.
Those are my investigators.
I have seen the Lord's hand in my life. I have grown so much on this mission. I can tell and Heavenly Father knows it too. My ability to feel the spirit in my life and the time that I have been out has been amazing. I have been able to meet amazing people. The spirit is so strong. I know we can all be a disciple of Christ. “Every little thing makes a difference—from who you choose to surround yourself with, to the songs you listen to, and to what you’re thinking about.” —David Archuleta
I hope you all enjoy your week. I love all of you!
Love Chelsea ( Sister Blake)
