Well it's that time again. TRANSFERS! I don't like change! Especially when I have to get a new companion and that is just what I am getting this transfer! I'm staying in Rupert. The only thing I'm happy about is that I don't have to pack AGAIN!! I get to unpack and get more settled in- more than the last two weeks. I have been living out of my suit case literally.😲 I got new shoes! I spent $60 on them and they are really warm I got them at Pay-less. I'm really excited for them. I'm happy with what I spent on them. They were a really good price. I looked around before I bought them. I was going to wait until i went to Twin for transfers, but I didn't want to wait that long - before my feet froze. I've been wearing them everyday😝. I also got some warm and fuzzy socks! I have like five pairs now and boy am I happy! My toes are going to stay really warm now, which makes me happy.
We found two new investigators this week. I was really excited about that. Everything is the same with the other investigators, sadly. There isn't much to tell other than we might have a baptism in a couple of weeks. which is really exciting. I just hope that these people that we are teaching will continue to progress. They have so much to learn from us. But the question is are they willing to listen to what we have to say?
Okay funny story - Last week when we were going to the library to email, we were walking across the road. It was really slippery and I totally fell on my butt. It hurt so bad I just started laughing. Sister Rhiner just looked at me and through her laughter said " Are you okay?" I just nodded and she helped me up. I walked into the library. My butt was really numb. One of the Elders was like " I saw you fall. Are you okay?'" Man that was really embarrassing. "Yes I'm fine thanks." Then they all went back to emailing. Yep that was my funny moment.
I got your package. It's okay about the safety pins. I have tape.😁 It sounds like you had a fun weekend with the girls. I miss them so much. Thank you for the package I love it. It means a lot to me that you guys sent that to me. I especially like the quotes on the tags each day.
We are pretty much settled into our new house. I like being by ourselves. How was the game? Who did they go and see. I bet it was really fun just them. I would of have had a blast with the girls.😘 Give them kisses for me. Please!! Next time you see them. Tell everyone I say hi and I love them.
