BAPTISM - January 18, 2016

Dear Family,

Well it's that time again and I can't say I'm too happy about being transferred. I'M GOING TO MISS SISTER PATTERSON!!!😭 I'm sitting here crying about leaving! But .... I'm excited for my new zone which is going to be Burley! I'm excited that I'm going to be back there. I'm really excited for this because I'm going to be with a awesome sister named Sister Johnson. I have actually served with her when we were both in Twin. She was in my district and now she is my companion. We're going to have so much fun! I'm excited to be in a new area.  The only thing is being so close to two old area's, I'm going to be tempted to see everyone. JK I won't. Haha.

This week was really good.! We had a baptism this week of Mike and Jerrica Whitaker. It was so fun being there with them and seeing them so happy. It was such a awesome experience. I have loved working with them.

Another good moment for this week - we extended a baptismal date to Dayzi. She said Yes.!! It's going to be on Feb. 13 @ 5 pm. I am SOOOOOO SAD that I'm not going to be here for it. I have worked with her since the time I've been here. We had to finally say that in order for her to be baptized she would have to have her boyfriend move out.  She needs to live the law of chastity for two weeks before she can be baptized. I'm so excited for her.

Thomas Pike was asked to pray for a baptismal date with his wife to know when it is his time. So I will be anxious to hear what happens with that.

I am honestly sad that I am leaving Rupert. This is like another home to me. I guess it is a good thing that I am staying one more week because I have a doctors appointment next Monday and this way I don't have to cancel it. I hope to find out what is going on with my hands. They are getting more and more frustrating every day. They cramp up and then I can't use them. So I am just sitting and not using them.

I know that I will be visiting Rupert when I am done with my mission. And the first place that I am visiting is the Hales! I am going to promise that.

Well guys this is going to be my 8th transfer. Only 5 more to go and then I'll be home. That is crazy to think about. I'll be home in less than a year. That's kinda freaky.... 😲
